Exciting news, Aquaforest Searchlight coming soon!

Aquaforest Searchlight

This summer the Aquaforest development team has been busy working on the much anticipated new software release – Aquaforest Searchlight.

Aquaforest Searchlight began as a concept when it became apparent that organizations were crying out for a smarter approach for the identification and OCR of non-text searchable business critical documents.

In fact, studies proved that in most organizations over 20% of digital documents such as Image-PDFs, TIFFs and other scanned documents were not fully text searchable and therefore could not be retrieved via text search or discovery methods. Furthermore, an even higher percentage of these documents were not tagged with the appropriate metadata and could not be fully indexed in document management systems such as Microsoft SharePoint.

The Solution? Aquaforest Searchlight is a sophisticated new in-place document processing tool that is designed to monitor and make files within an organization fully searchable. It is able to integrate with Microsoft Sharepoint, Windows File Systems and File System-based Document Management Systems such as Worldox.

Aquaforest Searchlight is currently undergoing beta testing and will be on general release at the end of July 2013 however should you wish to find out more or discuss your specific project requirements please contact the team at: support@www.aquaforest.com
