The Support and Maintenance cover can be renewed annually at a cost of 20% of the original license fee. We
email reminder notices
about 6 weeks before expiry. As with initial coverage this includes Support by email, phone or remote session
and free product upgrades.
We aim to respond to email support requests within ½ a business day – usually we respond much more quickly

A remote session is often the quickest way to diagnose and resolve any problems or just to get the product

Usually the default configuration settings are fine but our team will be pleased to advise on settings
