Project Brief Submission
Customer submits project requirements and expectations for scoping by the Aquaforest team.
Feasibility Study
We begin with assessment of your work environment to ascertain how best to implement and configure the software, and assess the feasibility of specific project requirements.
We may request more information at this stage.
Pre-Installation Feedback
Aquaforest will report back on the feasibility of the project along with the required configuration, highlighting any custom work which may be required, performance expectations and settings for optimum throughput and security considerations.
Installation & Bespoke Configuration
We provide remote product installation, bespoke configuration designed to meet the project requirements and verification.
Initial Performance Review & Sign Off
We action installation and verification testing immediately to assess performance against initial project brief.
Deliverable Report
Written report confirming full action plan and results
Post Installation Review (scheduled within 3 months)
Review with customer to verify performance against on-going project requirements.
