Email-based product support is provided free
of charge for licensed customers. In addition, every effort is made to offer
support and answers to queries from those people using the trial version.

Aquaforest products may be purchased with software assurance. This provides 12 months of major and minor product upgrades, priority support, and can be renewed if required. Software assurance costs 20% of the product license fee.
